CHAPTER MONTHLY REPORT – The original of this report is due to the Grand Secretary by the 10th of the following month. A copy is to be retained by the Recorder for use in preparation of the Annual Returns. Use separate column for each individual. Use extra sheets if needed.
EDUCATIONAL AWARDS PROGRAM APPLICATION – Application forms are also available by contacting the Secretary of the local Chapter of Royal Arch Masons, the Grand Chapter Officers, and the Chairman of the Educational Awards Program. Letters of recommendation, preferably from Masons and transcript of grades are required. Application must be received by March 31 of each year. Previous recipients of the award must resubmit updated applications to be considered in subsequent years. Those selected will be notified after the Grand Convocation in June.
